Progress Monitoring…Screening…Quick Drill…
I was that therapist who would scramble for prompts. Or I would rummage through papers trying to find data on a client from a month ago. The Type A in me was really not liking the Type B-ness of this situation.
So what did I do?
I came up with a set of speech therapy progress monitoring tools that are completely no print. No need to print a bunch of papers. No need to have data sheets scattered around. What you WILL have at the click of a button is access to a variety of prompts, access to editable data forms that can easily be stored on your computer, and access to tools that cover multiple levels.
Several colleagues gave their input as I developed these tools and then it was changed and adjusted until it was exactly how SLPs needed it. Currently, there are speech therapy progress monitoring tools for articulation and phonology and tools for apraxia and language are in the works!
About these tools:
- The articulation tool includes the following:
- Levels: word, phrase, sentence, and paragraph
- Sounds: S, Z, R, L, K, G, Sh, F, V, J, CH, TH, Vocalic R, S blends, L blends, and R blends
- Editable PDF data forms: individualized to each sound
- The phonology tool includes the following:
- Levels: word, phrase, sentence, and picture
- Processes: final consonant deletion, gliding, weak syllable deletion, fronting, stopping, and consonant cluster reduction
- Editable PDF data forms: individualized to each phonological process
Note: These resources are currently growing bundles. As new sounds/processes are added, the price will go up! If you buy now, you will get all future items for FREE.

Here’s what people are saying:
“Oh my goodness! I am so glad I purchased this! I have so many students with phonological processes that struggle beyond the word level. I love that these are leveled by word, phrase, sentence, or conversational levels. The pictures are simple and not distracting. The navigation between pictures and/or back to the home screen is also very easy. I’m also excited that I can put these pictures up on my laptop and they are large because I plan to use them with a student who has visual impairments. Thank you so much for a great resource!”-Jessica W. (Phonological Processes No Print Progress Monitoring)
“I just bought this resource and have been using it to progress monitor my students the past two weeks and I absolutely love this product! I like that with each process there is a sheet to assess and re-assess them in the future. Very quick and easy to use!”- Bianca S. (Phonological Processes No Print Progress Monitoring)
“This was a great buy! I bought it over the break and have used with several students during my first week back. I LOVE that I can just quickly take it out without having to print or prep and the editable data sheets are really helpful as well. Great product. I look forward to the rest of the sounds being added soon I hope!” -Robin F. (Articulation Progress Monitoring Tool)
